The short version

This is a static reference site. It has no accounts, no login, no comment system, no newsletter and no forms. It does not sell anything and it does not ask you for personal information, because there is nowhere on the site to give it.

Two things are worth knowing about anyway: measurement and outbound links.

We do not collect names, email addresses, account credentials or payment details, because the site has no mechanism that would accept them. We do not build user profiles, and we do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Cookies

  • Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 to distinguish one visit from another and to remember whether you have been counted before. These are the only cookies this site sets for its own purposes.
  • Strictly necessary cookies: none of our own. The site does not use cookies for login, carts or preferences, because it has none of those features.
  • Advertising cookies: not set as of the check date below, because the site runs no advertising. If advertising is added, this section changes and will name the networks and the cookie categories before any tag goes live.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser's settings without losing access to anything on the site — no content here is gated behind a cookie. Browser-level tracking protection and privacy extensions that block Google Analytics will also work; the site will keep functioning normally.

Analytics, specifically

The site uses Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-GD66XTMNGS. GA4 is configured to measure page views and basic acquisition information. We use it for one purpose: knowing which pages people actually read, so that time goes into the pages that are used. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control. If you would rather not be measured, blocking the analytics script, using a tracker-blocking extension, or enabling your browser's "do not track"-style protections will all prevent the measurement without affecting your ability to read the site.

This site links to other places — Jagex's own site and news posts, the official wiki, the four platform storefronts, Wikipedia, and community threads and videos on Reddit, Steam and YouTube. Those destinations are not covered by this policy. Each one has its own privacy policy, its own cookies and its own account requirements, and once you follow a link you are on their site under their rules. Links to community sources are always accompanied by the source's own name and the date it was read, so you can see where you are going before you click.

Data retention

Server access logs are kept by our hosting provider for the period that provider's standard configuration sets, and are used for security and operations rather than for analysis. Analytics data is retained inside the Google Analytics property under Google's retention settings for that property. We do not maintain a separate copy of either. The hosting arrangement and its log-retention period are settled at implementation time, not on this page. This version does not carry a number it has not confirmed; if the deployed site's retention differs from the general statement above, this page is reissued before launch with the specific value.

Your choices

  • Read without measurement: block the analytics script or use a tracker-blocking extension. Nothing on the site depends on it.
  • Clear what is already there: analytics cookies can be cleared from your browser at any time.
  • Correct something on the site: see the corrections note on the About page and the contact page. No personal data is involved in a correction — you quote the page, the claim and its date, and nothing about you is stored to process it. The site has no public inbox at the time of this check, which the contact page states plainly rather than printing an address nobody reads.

Children

The game itself carries an ESRB Teen rating, and this site is a reference for it rather than a product aimed at children. The site does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, because it does not collect personal information at all.

Changes to this policy

If the site adds advertising, accounts, a newsletter or a comment system, this page changes before that feature goes live, not after. The check date below tells you when this version was last verified against the site's actual behaviour.

What this page does not claim

We do not claim the site is anonymous to operate — server logs exist and analytics runs. We do not name a hosting provider, a log-retention period, an advertising network or a postal address, because each of those is settled at implementation time and none has been chosen at the time of this check. Stating an unconfirmed one would be exactly the kind of invented detail this site exists to avoid, so the page describes the shape of the arrangement and says plainly which parts are decided later. And we do not describe the privacy practices of any site we link to; those are theirs to state.

Last verified: 2026-09-17. Implementation-time items — host, log-retention period, any additional cookie, any advertising script and the contact route — are confirmed against the deployed build before launch, and this page is reissued if any of them is settled differently.
